At Lavish we are committed to providing the highest level of service for each and every guest.  Because of the artistic nature of the beauty industry, Lavish Salon will not offer a refund on services rendered.  However, if you are not satisfied with any service you have received, contact the salon within 48 hours.  You will be asked to come back to the salon so the concerns can be visually inspected.   At this time, we will schedule a complimentary service.   Please note anything after two (2) weeks with regard to hair services is considered new growth and costs may be incurred.




Here at Lavish Salon we are determined to provide the best service to each of our guests. Each appointment is specifically tailored and reserved to accommodate the best experience for you.  Appointments typically range from 1 to 3 hours.  Should you need to cancel, we respectfully request that you notify us a minimum of 24-hours in advance. Advance notice will allow us to provide other guests with the opportunity to reserve a service and prevent our stylists from missing out on earning an income. We understand that remembering an appointment booked weeks or months in advance can be difficult. For this reason, we utilize e-mail and text reminders at different intervals before your appointment.

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or surpasses 15 minutes past their scheduled time, he or she will be deemed a “NO SHOW” and will be charged a $50 “NO SHOW” fee to their card on file.  Future bookings will require a deposit.
